Agriculture Victoria and Meridian Agriculture are calling for Expressions on Interest to be part of ACE programs to be delivered in north-east and south-west Victoria.
WHAT IS ACE?
The ACE Program will assist beef and sheep producers to generate improvements in business profit and productivity through:
- Undertaking a business health check
- Use of key physical and business performance indicators to objectively assess business strengths and weaknesses
- Identifying priorities for change and an action plan to address identified priorities
- Learning how to assess risk and build risk into business decision making
- One on one support for your business.
A key aspect of the program is the opportunity to have a comprehensive analysis of the production and financial performance of your own business for the 2019/20 financial year.
The program will consist of 6 half-day sessions in the first half of 2021, with one group in north-east Victoria and another in south-west Victoria (dates and final locations TBC). The program will be led by Paul Blackshaw, Farm Business Consultant, Meridian Agriculture.
Cost: $350 per business.
When: It is anticipated that the program will run from late February to early June 2021.
