The Casterton office is a hub of the western district operations and invites applications from experienced persons for the pivotal position of Office Administrator.

Working in a team based environment, you will play a key role in supporting consultants in the management of their time and activities, project administration, and invoicing. In addition, you will oversee all office administration tasks including reception, client filing and data management, assisting with report writing, arranging logistics and at times interacting with clients on behalf of the team.

To be considered for this role you will need to have a strong background in administration, strong experience and skills with the MS suite, advanced grammar and writing skills, and excellent verbal communication skills; while accounts handling or invoicing experience would also be advantageous. Previous working experience in a personal assistant or office administration role will be highly favourable.
