Advancing Beef Leaders is a one year leadership program designed to allow participants to develop awareness, relevant skills and networks across the northern beef industry. Meridian Ag were part of the program design team, and provide project management, group facilitation, and training delivery to groups and individuals. Meridian Agriculture manage the Livestock Consulting Internship (LCI) program, a two year capacity building program for graduates entering the red meat consulting sector, including all design, logistics and participant coaching and support. The Livestock Consulting Internship program is delivered in partnership with participating businesses and the MLA Donor Company.

The nationwide program introduces graduate consultants to the fundamentals of livestock consulting, building a career, developing networks, and working within the red meat industry.
