Meridian Agriculture in partnership with Agriculture Victoria have run a series of free workshops across central and western Victoria throughout June and July to help Farm Businesses understand their financials and to identify risk management strategies to assist in managing through the recent and future droughts.
The Meridian Agriculture’s team of Warren Blyth and James Whale led the delivery of eight workshops in Beaufort, Maryborough, Ararat and Boort. Run over two mornings, the workshops were informative, interactive and used an innovative game to model the impact of financial and other risks in mixed farming.
