The Farm & Role
Situated on 2500ha in Lexton, our client is an award winning family owned and operated business focusing on ultra-fine wool production, including a highly specialised fine wool feedlot.
We are seeking a dedicated Farm and Livestock Hand who will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the feedlot enterprise. This role has a primary focus on machinery operation, feeding and the care of shedded sheep.
Training and support will be provided to ensure your success in this role, surrounded by a team that values professionalism and fosters a positive work environment.
About You
- Previous experience in low-stress stock handling practices
- Farm machinery operation experience feeding out livestock.
- Knowledge or a keen interest in high-quality ultra fine wool production
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining Occupational Health and Safety standards
